Center for Law and Digital Economy at Fudan University is a cross-disciplinary research platform based on FDDI, with intellects from Fudan Law School, School of Computer Science, School of Economics, and School of Management. The Center is committed to bring the synergistic innovation effect into full play, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, build an open high-end academic platform, focus on solving major and difficult rule of law issues in the field of digital economy, and provide intellectual support to further promote the national strategy of digital economy. The research areas of the Center include: data protection and security, digital finance and tax law, big data and artificial intelligence, financial technology and other areas of legal theory and institutional policy issues.
