这对全球南方国家来说是个很好的机会，尤其对非洲而言，能与中国展开AI合作。中国是全球人工智能能力发展网络成员国之一，我们本月在日内瓦发起这一倡议，能有这样的合作对推进AI能力建设意义重大。全球南方赞赏中国的开放态度，这也与联合国的共同价值观高度契合，我们始终致力于推动开发、平等共享和人权发展。

本月，我们举办了人工智能治理的全球对话首次会议。我认为，这是让各国坐到同一张桌前共商AI治理与未来的最佳方式。携手应对风险，共同提升各国把握AI机遇的能力。我认为对话很重要，我相信借助世界人工智能合作组织一定可以推动人工智能发展。

It is a great opportunity for the global south and especially for Africa to arm this kind of cooperation with China. China is one of the countries involved in the Global Network of Centers for Exchange and Cooperation on AI Capacity Building. We launched it this month in Geneva, and having this kind of offer is something very great for capacity building. The openness of China is greatly appreciated by the global south and it’s a shared value with the UN where we are fighting for openness, for equality and for sharing human right.

This month we had the first global dialogue on AI governance and I think that it is the best way to bring countries together around the same table to talk about the AI governance and the future of AI. Try to tackle towards the risks and to improve the capacity of each countries to benefit from the opportunities come with AI. I think that it is a good thing from this dialogue and I think that with WAICO, it would be a good way to do so.
