陈娟，江苏人，上海外国语大学阿拉伯语专业博士，剑桥大学阿尔·瓦利德王子伊斯兰研究中心访问学者。

主要从事中东问题及美国中东政策研究，研究领域涉及中东热点问题、中阿关系、“一带一路”及美国中东政策等。

PhD in Arabic Language and Literature from Shanghai International Studies University, She was a Visiting Scholar from HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Centre of Islamic Studies from Cambridge University.

She mainly does some research on the studies of Middle Eastern issues and American policies in M.E., including hot issues of MES, Sino-Arab relations, “One Road & One Belt” and U.S.’ Middle Eastern Policies and so on.
