Doctorate in progress from University of São Paulo (USP). Master in Business Administration from University of São Paulo. Has MBA in Human Resources from FIA-USP and Labor Law Specialization. Bachelor's at Business Administration from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and bachelor's at Law from University of São Paulo.

He has more than 17 years of experience in companies such as Souza Cruz (British American Tobacco), Votorantim and Coca-Cola and HR consulting.

He develops consulting projects in Management by Competencies, Revision of Compensatory Structure, Proposition of Variable Compensation Programs, Diagnosis of Human Resources Practices, among others.

He acts as professor in postgraduate course, researcher, speaker, author and co-author in books and scientific articles directed to the area of human resource management.
