Carolina Romano is a graduate in International Relations, PhD candidate in Education for Integration and Sustainable Human Development at Valladolid University and in Management at IE Business School of Madrid.

Until March 2017, she was Head of the International Relations course at the Department of Legal Sciences of Catholic University of Salta.

Currently, she is the Chief of the International Cooperation Program at the Secretary of Environment, Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Production of Salta Province. Professor of Theory of International Relations at the International Relations course, Department of Legal Sciences, Catholic University of Salta.

Professor of International Law and postgraduate courses at the International University of Xi'an XISU, CHINA.

Member of the Directive Commission of the Federal Council of International Studies - CoFEI. From June 2011 to current date.

Coordinator of XISU (Xi'an International Studies University) Latin American Studies Center

She has given conferences and participated in seminars and research on issues linked to international relations, interculturalism, cooperation to development, environmental sustainability in the United States, China, India, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile and Spain.

She has been published in specialized magazines, book chapters and scientific articles on the previously mentioned topics. She is a commenter and international analyst in different media and local television programs.
