胡莉安娜·冈萨雷斯·豪雷吉拥有阿根廷社会科学学院（FLACSO）社会科学博士学位。现任阿根廷国家科学技术研究委员会（CONICET）助理研究员、拉丁美洲社会科学学院（FLACSO）阿根廷分院首席研究员，兼任该院中国研究讲席及拉丁美洲与中国研究课程主任。

她曾在阿根廷、智利和乌拉圭多所高校讲授中国研究相关的研究生课程。学术生涯中曾赴复旦大学（2012年）、智利天主教大学（2014年）及布朗大学（2018年）开展学术交流，2021年曾任哥伦比亚大学拉美研究所访问学者。

其研究聚焦中国与拉丁美洲（特别是阿根廷）的经济金融合作，重点考察可再生能源与锂资源领域的投资融资活动，同时关注ESG标准相关的治理挑战，以及这些项目对当地社区的社会环境影响。

胡莉安娜·冈萨雷斯·豪雷吉博士将于2025年10月4日至11月2日在复旦发展研究院从事访问研究工作。

Dr. Juliana Gonzalez Jauregui holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from FLACSO Argentina. She is currently an Assistant Researcher at Argentina’s National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET), and a Principal Researcher at FLACSO-Argentina, where she coordinates the Chair on China Studies and the Diploma in Latin America and China Studies.

She has taught postgraduate courses on China at several universities in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Her academic training includes exchanges at Fudan University (2012), Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014), and Brown University (2018). In 2021, she was a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of Latin American Studies, Columbia University.

Her research examines China’s economic and financial engagement with Latin America, especially Argentina, with emphasis on investments and financing in renewable energy and lithium. She also studies governance challenges linked to ESG standards and the social-environmental impacts of these projects on local communities.

Dr. Juliana Gonzalez Jauregui will be a visiting scholar at Fudan Development Institute from October 4 to November 2, 2025.
