副研究员

杜晓馨，复旦大学发展研究院副研究员。2008年和2012年于复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院政治学系思想政治教育专业分别获得法学学士和法学硕士学位，2017年于香港大学教育学院获得哲学博士学位。2020年起入职复旦发展研究院，担任助理研究员。

在加入复旦大学发展研究院之前，曾于2017年至2020年任华东师范大学国家教育政策研究院博士后研究员。2023年至2024年，曾赴英国思克莱德大学（University of Strathclyde）担任访问学者。

杜晓馨的研究兴趣涵盖高等教育政策、学术流动、青年研究、大学中的政治社会化以及公民教育。近期研究还延伸至高等教育中的可持续发展教育与公民培育，以及青年就业趋势和儿童公共图书馆服务等政策导向型议题。目前，与发展研究院研究员刘虹、复旦高等教育研究所副研究员方士心共同讲授《当代中国教育与社会发展》课程。
