摘要

Abstract

Chancay Port represents the most significant Chinese investment in the Latin American maritime network. Amidst major transformations in global shipping and the reconfiguration of port systems to integrate with Asian markets, this study contributes to the exchange of Chinese and Peruvian visions regarding the multidimensional challenges of this terminal. Utilizing updated data from the second year of operations, this presentation demonstrates how infrastructure gaps and limited urban development within South American economic corridors constitute a critical barrier to achieve fully integrated transpacific connectivity.
