Assistant Professor

Graduated from the School of Social Development and Public Policy at Fudan University, obtained a Doctorate Degree in Management, and had a joint Ph.D. training at the Center for Aging Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, USA; subsequently entered the Fudan University Postdoctoral Programme in Public Administration and Public Policy, and was awarded the title of Shanghai Outstanding Postdoctoral Research Fellow.

Her research focuses on fertility policies, life quality of end of life care, and elderly public policies. To date, more than 10 academic papers have been formally published in high-level Chinese and English academic journals; led and participated in numerous national and provincial-level research  projects; received the nomination for the 13th Qian Xuesen City Science (Population) Gold Award in 2023 and other academic awards; also concurrently serves as a committee member of the Youth Committee of the China Social Security Society and  Shanghai Population Association, among other academic positions.
