Currently I am a PhD student in the University of Campinas (Unicamp), Brazil, in the Institute of Economics (IE). I also participate at the Center for the Study of Economic Conjuncture and Policy (Cecon/IE/Unicamp) cooperating with the Fiscal Policy debate and researches. At the current period (from May until July of 2019) I am working on a research project at Fudan University, sponsored by FLAUC, together with Professor Zhang Ping (Fudan University) and Pedro Rossi (Unicamp), in which we are comparing the distributive impact of the Personal Income Tax in China and Brazil. I accomplished my master’s degree at Unicamp in 2017 researching how the Brazilian Fiscal Policy Regime evolves with the Economic Cycles. My undergraduate was at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, with a graduation monograph on the historical development of agricultural cooperatives in Brazil. As can be noticed, I am interested in a wide variety of subjects, but recently more focused in Macroeconomics (specially, Fiscal Policy). I am open and willing for academic interactions by e-mail (rcg.eco@gmail.com) or WeChat (rcg-eco).
