Abstract

The aim of this presentation is to “investigate, through theoretical approach, and secondary data-analyses, possible horizons, and perspectives to strengthen processes of internationalization in higher education based in values such as cooperation, solidarity and partnership looking for equity, quality, transparency and excellence as global standards.”  

Further, we will propose multiperspectives to analyse the BRICS report from UNESCO (2015) concerning higher education in Brazil and China, as well as data from the Brazilian INEP/IBGE and OECD about higher education in Brazil.
