Qiuyi YANG, Assistant Professor


Dr. Qiuyi YANG is an assistant professor at Fudan Development Institute (FDDI). She received her PhD in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in June 2019. During doctor's career, she was chosen by China Scholarship Council to proceed her research in Germany for one year under the LMU - CSC program. In August 2017, she was invited as one of the 30 Chinese scholars to present the 6th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting on Economic Science. Before joining FDDI, she worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in Shanghai Academy of Development and Reform and in School of Economics at Fudan University. 


Dr. YANG's research focuses on Macroeconomics, Growth Policy, Industrial Development, Technology Innovation, etc. Her work was published in SSCI and CSSCI journals, and her research was granted the 16th Zhang Peigang Outstanding Dissertation Award in Development Economics. She presided research projects including China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Post-funded Project of the National Social Science Fund, etc. She also participated in over 10 research projects including the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund, Key Project of Hubei Science and Technology Department, etc.
