Amid global digital transformation, the digital economy has become a crucial engine for economic development, while the Cultural Power strategy is the key pathway to enhancing national soft power. Intertwined, these two elements shape a new landscape for national development. This report aims to explore the impact of the Cultural Power strategy on State Development Dynamics from the perspective of the digital economy.The digital economy facilitates economic and social transformation and drives the upgrading of the cultural industry; in turn, the development of the cultural industry boosts a country’s international influence. Current research on the digital economy and the Cultural Power strategy has advanced, yet gaps persist—including how the digital economy empowers the strategy’s implementation and the lack of interdisciplinary research perspectives.The integration of digital economy and  Cultural Power strategy constitutes a significant driving force for national development. Future research should focus on effective integration of the two, to provide a basis and guidance for policy formulation.
