The visiting delegation included Kátia Evangelista Regis, Professor and General Coordinator of Racial Justice and Combating Racism, and Lucas Silveira Andrade Martins, Coordinator of International Cooperation Affairs, both from the Ministry of Racial Equality. From SEBRAE, participants included Eraldo Ricardo dos Santos, Manager of the Women’s Entrepreneurship, Diversity, and Inclusion Unit, Claudia Patricia Ribeiro Dutra, Manager of the Public Policy Unit, and Sheila Maria Batista Alves, International Advisor.

Zhang Yi, Executive Dean of the Fudan Development Institute; Marie Harder, Professor at the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Fudan University;  Jiang Tianjiao, Associate Professor at the Fudan Development Institute, Deputy Director of the Center for BRICS Studies, and Researcher at the Center for Global AI Innovative Governance; Xin Yanyan, Researcher at the Center for Global AI Innovative Governance and Assistant Professor at the Fudan Development Institute; Qian Siyun, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Fudan Development Institute;and Huang Yanyan, Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Fudan University, held a discussion with the Brazilian delegation.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the planned exchange initiative under the Global South Pathways Program: International Cooperation for Racial Justice, expected to commence in March 2026 in China, and discussed potential collaboration in academic research, policy dialogue, and social practice.
