Haroldo Ramanzini Junior Joins FDDI as Visiting Scholar

Haroldo Ramanzini Junior holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (USP) and completed his postdoctoral research at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is an Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations of the University of Brasília (UnB), where he Coordinates the Master’s and Ph.D. Program in International Relations. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional (RBPI), one of the most prominent international relations journals in Latin America. His research interests include Brazilian foreign policy, foreign policy analysis, BRICS, and regionalism.


He is the author (with Tullo Vigevani) of “The Challenges for Building Regional Integration in the Global South: The Case of Brazilian Foreign Policy Towards Mercosur” (Springer–United Nations University Series on Regionalism, 2022), and his research has been published in journals such as Third World Quarterly, Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional, Journal of World Trade, Latin American Research Review, Global Society, and Parliamentary Affairs.


Dr.Haroldo Ramanzini Junior will be a visiting scholar at Fudan Development Institute from December 5, 2025 to January 3, 2026.
