Abstract (The entire text is written in Chinese)

The  world  today  has  entered  a  new  era  of  digitalization  driven  by  the  information  technology  revolution.  The distribution  of  power  within  the  international  system  has  been  profoundly  adjusted,  and  the  construction  of  a  new  international  political  and  economic  order  has  become  the  focus  of  attention.  The  traditional  powers  and  the  emerging  markets  and  developing countries that are rising in groups are compounding interdependence and fierce competition in the deeply nested global integrated production  system,  which  is  the  most  prominent  trend  in  the  building  of  the  new  international  political  and  economic  order  at  the  actor level. Fairness, inclusiveness and sustainability have become the most prominent features of the new international political and economic order in terms of guiding values and objectives. Maintaining the deeply nested production mode, managing the political-security  crisis  triggered  by  the  return  of  geopolitics,  and  promoting  the  new  international  political  and  economic  order  in  a  pragmatic  and  resilient  way  are  the  arduous  tasks  facing  the  building  of  the  new  international  political  and  economic  order.  Given the complexity of the international system, the competition of different paths and values between traditional powers and emerging markets is bound to be a long and complicated process.

Keywords: digital era, new international political and economic order, great power competition.
