Tianquan Cheng, male, born in March 1946, is a member of the Communist Party of China, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of contemporary Chinese politics, Chinese higher education, Chinese legal history, etc., and has edited the history of Chinese civil law, legal basis and other works. He has participated in and organized some special research activities at different levels, presided over and planned such special research activities as China Development Research, Shanghai 21st century research, human rights issue research, Chinese spiritual civilization outline research, etc. The Research Report was submitted to the Central Committee and relevant departments and adopted. He has made academic or working visits to the United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Switzerland, Russia, Poland and other countries, and served as the Chinese president in several international conferences. Former Secretary of the Party committee of Renmin University of China, now president of China Education Logistics Association.
