The Financial Research Center of the Fudan Development Institute (FDFRC) has released the results of the 150th China Economic Panel (CEP) survey.

The Center invited relevant experts to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion of the February 2026 Fudan-ZEW Economic Sentiment Index report. Through a comparative analysis with the January index report and an assessment of the current economic landscape, the following three primary viewpoints were formed:
1. Dual-Engine Driving Financial and Real Sectors: A high-prosperity structure supported by policy cushions.
2. Contrast Between Internal and External Expectations: A Fire and Ice Landscape featuring a deep contraction in the real estate market alongside a strong appreciation of the exchange rate.
3. Clear Regional Energy Tiers: A Gradient Differentiation where core cities lead the way while peripheral cities face mounting pressure.
