In the afternoon of December 21, The Fudan Policy Planning Training Camp was opened in Guanghua Building. The Vice Master of Fudan University, i.e. the Vice Dean of Fudan Development Institute, Pro. Lin Shangli, the Foreign Affair Consultant of Fudan University, i.e. the Office Director of Fudan Development Institute, Chen Yinzhang, all the supervisors and post-doctors of the Policy Planning Training Camp, altogether 45 members had attended the opening ceremony. In this ceremony, Researcher Fei Zhijie and Pro. Gui Yong from Social Development & Public Strategy Department delivered speeches respectively on behalf of researchers and supervisors. Their speeches had aroused the passion and ambition of all the present members as well as potential members of Fudan Development Institute. After that, Director Chen Yinzhang conferred the learner representative the nameplate of FudanStrategy Planning Training Camp.

After the ceremony, Pro. Lin Shangli delivered letters of appointment to researchers and supervisors, and then made a speech, in which he made a review of the bright history of Fudan Development Institute and expressed his expectation for the future of the camp. In the end, Master Lin encouraged these outstanding members of FudanStrategy Planning Training Campto strive for a promising future.

Sticking to the faith of “Planning for the country, Speaking for the people”, Fudan Strategy Planning Training Camp will try its best to win advantages for the country and plan for its future, so that the people may lead a peaceful and harmonious life. This Camp is mutually managed by Fudan Development Institute and Postgraduate Department of Party Committee. Each session of this camp would last for two years. With a scientific organization and efficient teaching & learning program, this camp is sure to train out a group of excellent scholars.
