February 15, 2013, the Preparation & Report Meeting of ”2013 Shanghai Forum”, i.e. The Signing Ceremony was held in Fudan University. The Master of FD, Pro. Yang Yuliang,the head of the South Korea Consortium for Higher Education, PiaoIn-kook attended the ceremony. The Vice Master of FD, Lin Shangli, delivered the opening speech. The meeting was presided over by Chen Yinzhang, the head secretary of Shanghai Forum Organization Committee.

This Forum is scheduled to be held from May 25 to May 27, 2013, with the theme “Asian Wisdom: Seeking a Harmonious Development in a Multicultural Environment.” There are ten sub-forum each with its respective theme, namely “Asian after the Miracle of Growth: Difficulty, Challenge and Choice; The Flow of Capital, Innovation of Policy and the Security of Investment—Asian stand and Chinese Choice; Integration of Products and Asian Regional Cooperation; Dealing with Asian Conflicts: New Thinking and New Method; The Pluralism and Unification of the Asian Legal Wisdom; The Global Administration and Asian Wisdom; Innovation Drive and the Urban Development; The Public Healthcare of the 3 million people of Asia; The Renewable Resources of the Uprising Asia; Bring New Technology and New Industry into New Market; The Environment and Climate under the Multidisciplinary Cooperation.”

Firstly launched in 2005, SH Forum had been successfully held for seven times, involving a total attendance of 2400 people.  

After the signing ceremony, the secretary of the Party Committee of Fudan University met Piao In-kook, the head of the South Korea Consortium for Higher Education.
