The theme of this meeting is to determine the themes for the sub forums of 2014 Shanghai Forum. The tentative theme of Energy Forum is "New Era of Climate Governance and New Modes of Energy Economy”, Sub-topics including perspectives from energy, climate, climate and regional environmental governance.
