Asian investment bank is to fill the international financial system, the existing international or regional financial system there are four significant shortcomings: first, lack of funds in the existing international financial system and; second, lack of the existing international financial system areas is; third, the deficiency of the realm of the existing international financial institutions; the fourth, of the existing international financial system reform missing. The establishment of the Asian investment bank can be correspondingly aimed at these four aspects to complement.
