During the transformation process from Internet big country to Internet powerful country, China has to effectively face how to recognize, understand, accept and execute the new order of global Internet space. The formation of global Internet is the result of different types of behavior body interaction game. The current network space order governance structure, capacity allocation, interest distribution, etc., are conducive to the United States and developed countries, especially the United States. But on the other hand, the inherent structural characteristics of cyberspace, is the multi center Internet this has some natural "go hegemony" tendency attribute. China's participation in the global network of space and the order of the change, is China's strategic transformation, the transition from a regional power to a world power, the transformation from a big country to powerful nation, from the participant in the international system to the shaping of leadership transformation - intensive embodied in the field of network.
