In the Future, Shanghai Has to First Consider How to Locate Itself in the Global and national situation.

For developing in the future, Shanghai has to first consider how to locate itself in the situation of global scale and development of China. Based on the location, then consider how to coordinate Yangtze River Delta, the whole country and the whole world. Specifically, first, how Shanghai seizes the opportunities China gives; Second, how Shanghai creates opportunities in the global situation; Finally, how Shanghai develops its own power effectively and innovatively.
