Duan   Zhezhe, Assistant Professor and Researcher of School of Government   Management, Shenzhen University, Deputy Director of Shenzhen University   Innovative City Construction and Governance Research Center, invited   researcher of Fudan Development Research Institute, has long been engaged in   cadre management and Taiwan issues research.
