Wang   Jin, invited researcher, graduated from Wuhan University with a PhD in   international finance law. He is now an assistant researcher of the Academy   of Sciences of East China University of political science and law. His   research interests are international economic law and international financial   law. His main works include: new vision of international financial law,   interpretation of the exception and restriction system of the EU digital   single market Copyright Directive and Its Enlightenment to China, cross   border investment and financing reforms in Shanghai pilot Free Trade Zone,   etc.
