Associate Professor in the Department of Media and Communication Studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County

杨帆教授主要研究方向为跨国媒介及全球化语境下的“中国崛起”等。著有《中国（被）山寨》(Faked in China) 一书；新著《迷向政治》将于2024年6月出版。

She works at the intersection of media/cultural studies, globalization, and contemporary China. She is the author of Faked in China: Nation Branding, Counterfeit Culture, and Globalization (2016).Her new book, Disorienting Politics: Chimerican Media and Transpacific Entanglements, is forthcoming in 2024 from the University of Michigan Press.
