摘要

Abstract

Publishing is a vital aspect of academic life, yet many papers lack focus, are poorly written, and face desk rejection. Despite its importance, few academicians are trained in effective academic writing and publication techniques. This seminar aims to equip participants with essential skills to write, develop conceptual models, and publish successfully. Topics include types of publications, steps to produce quality papers, submission and review processes, and building conceptual models (reflective, formative, and higher-order). By the end, participants will gain the skills needed to produce impactful and publishable research papers.
