在经济全球化与国际经贸秩序重塑的历史阶段，拉美国家面临艰巨的经济发展模式转型挑战。如何弥补基础设施建设赤字，实现制造业转型，加强宏观经济调控，参与全球南方高水平合作体系？秘鲁与阿根廷近期的政策调整与经济改革提供了新的分析视角。本研究利用拉美基建投资需求数据，结合秘鲁与阿根廷最近的宏观经济态势，解析拉美经济发展模式转向的深层机制。

At the historical stage of economic globalization and the reshaping of the international economic and trade order, Latin American countries face significant challenges in transforming their economic development models. How to bridge the infrastructure gap, achieve the transformation of the manufacturing sector, strengthen macroeconomic control, and participate in the high-level cooperation system of the Global South? The recent policy adjustments and economic reforms in Peru and Argentina offer a new analytical perspective. This study utilizes data on infrastructure investment needs in Latin America, combined with the recent macroeconomic situations in Peru and Argentina, to dissect the deep mechanisms behind the shift in Latin American economic development models.
