气候变化正在全球范围对人类社会造成规模空前的影响,它亟需人类社会聚合力以应对挑战,亟需来自各区域、地方、尤其城市的关注、践行与合作。2020年,我国2020年在联合国大会上明确提出二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和,之后,碳达峰、碳中和成为政策层面的高频热词。能源系统、能源使用对实现碳达峰、碳中和无疑意义重大。在中国,实现碳达峰、碳中和的可持续能源发展战略的意义与路径是什么?何以实现共益的碳中和目标引导下的能源转型?在地方层面,城市如何在气候变化、环境治理方面发挥积极作用?国家间如何就气候变化与环境治理展开合作?学者如何围绕共同议题、共同利益展开合作,并推动地方合作?本次研讨会中,来自中国、挪威等地的学者将针对上述议题展开深入的对话讨论。聆听本场对话,寻找地方层面关于碳达峰、碳中和解决方案的最新灵感。

在诸多关于健康的热门话题中,人类大脑与大脑的失调始终是极具挑战性的课题。大脑作为人体最复杂、最高效的信息处理系统,很多我们常见的现象,诸如妄想症、抑郁症、脑萎缩、认知障碍等都可能与大脑失调有关。脑影像技术的出现使人类在科学史上第一次可以直接地、无创性地“看到”大脑的智力活动,脑成像正成为当今认识脑和保护脑,特别是各种神经疾病诊断的不可或缺的工具。脑影像技术的迅速发展使人脑结构信息和精神活动的功能信息测量与可视化成为可能,由此引发近年来有关脑认知知识爆炸性的增长。另一方面,近百年的出生队列研究不断显示孩子出生前的环境暴露对个体生命健康的影响,人口出生队列如何捕捉环境压力?脑成像技术与遗传学研究的结合又会引发怎样新的技术发展与人类未来想象?本次研讨会上,复旦大学与奥斯陆大学的学者们将把健康与环境议题链接起来,展示“大脑失调”议题中脑成像和遗传学相结合的最新技术成果与最新见解。

一段时间以来,技术的迅猛发展为地球上东西南北的人们提供了更加丰富多样甚至有些难辨真伪的共享信息,全球秩序变革、破坏性技术、公共健康与风险、身份与认同等正成为全球性焦虑。如今,逆全球化、民粹主义变得甚嚣尘上,它加剧了人类社会关于未来的焦虑共享。过去,文学作品通过回望历史帮助人们反思己身、获得经验,但现在,在这个撕裂日益严重的世界,文学作品通过科幻指向未来变得价值连城,未来被寄予厚望。什么样的未来正以各种形式的文学作品形象化?文学作品如何帮助我们理解和分享未来?我们又该如何通过文学作品追求多样而非单一、多彩而非线性的未来世界?本次对话将是文学作品与科学畅想的邂逅,而理解世界的全新维度也将由此展开!
