摘要

Abstract

This talk explores the potential of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Digital Economy Agreements (DEAs) as emerging pathways for international AI governance. It examines whether these frameworks can help address key issues such as AI safety, ethics, sustainability, and global inclusiveness, while reducing regulatory fragmentation and supporting future multilateral cooperation, including China’s proposed World AI Cooperation Organization (WAICO).
