The Innovation Center for Digital Intelligence Health and Governance is an innovation platform that integrates government, industry, academia, research, and practical application. Incubated by the Fudan Development Institute, the Center is affiliated with the Shanghai Jiading Fudan International Education and Technology Innovation Center, which was jointly established by Fudan University and the Jiading District People’s Government.


Guided by the Healthy China strategy and grounded in regional industrial development and upgrading needs, the Center draws on Fudan University’s strong research capacity to address key issues in digital health and health governance. Focusing on practical needs in chronic disease prevention and control, home-based health monitoring, and primary healthcare governance, the Center promotes research incubation, key technology development, translational application, medical and educational resource coordination, industrial policy consulting, and the international development of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.


The Center is committed to becoming an integrated platform for public health and digital health research, health technology translation and product co-creation, health policy consulting and policy translation, as well as global communication and international collaboration on Chinese health development concepts.
